The State Netball Centre is headquarters for Netball WA including elite training and recovery facilities for West Coast Fever as well as administration for local and elite netball in WA. The facility includes four multi-purpose indoor courts and tiered seating for 1050 spectators. The courts are used for West Coast Fever training and State League competition matches as well as being made available for community level participation. The 8 change rooms are designed to “flip” to 4 larger professional standard change rooms, reinforcing the diverse use of the facility. The stadium dimensions also enable compliant competition use for other sports such as volleyball and badminton.

The State Netball Centre sits within Webley Sports Park which includes Perth Netball Association, 50 outdoor netball courts, a public playground, a multi-purpose turf playing field with its own amenities pavilion, and extensive on-site parking. Carabiner prepared the masterplan in order to establish and integrate the site for the SNC building.

“We could not have achieved such an outstanding outcome without you and appreciate your advice and professionalism throughout the project”.
— Ron Alexander, Director General - Dept. of Sports and Rec.
