When we commenced the project, the Department of Education was still acquiring the site. We became involved in coordinating forward works with the developer of the adjoining land parcel and the development of the local structure plan. We were also required to obtain planning approval for the school masterplan, which required complex stakeholder consultation and problem solving undertaken alongside the design process.
The administration and early years classroom block form the entrance to the school off Reilly Road. The library and covered assembly building sits at the heart of the campus creating separation between the early years classroom block and those to the south-east serving the older cohorts. A specialised classroom block for art and technology is located on the north-eastern edge of the campus.
