David is an award winning architect who believes in the power of a well designed built-environment to improve people's lives. He specialises in the design of public buildings and places where people interact and communities can flourish.
With diverse architectural experience accumulated from a varied career working in the United Kingdom, Israel and Australia, and travelling and working in the USA, Europe and Asia, David’s understanding of people, cultures and complexity is rich and nuanced.
As an advocate and leader of the profession, David was elected to be the WA State president of the Australian Institute of Architects in 2011, and in 2014 he became the National President.
David is an active member of design review panels for a number of local governments across WA.
