Masterplan
Carabiner has been engaged for overall masterplanning and detailed design of stages 1 to 3 of the South Hedland Integrated Sports Hub (SHISH).
The scope of work includes design and planning of a new pavilion, sporting fields, as well as siteworks and landscaping respectful of the local setting.

The new sports precinct’s location, neighbouring both coastline and natural parklands, is conducive to encouraging active, healthy lifestyles. As such the centre will forge the new heart of the local community.
Our design has made provision for facilities that will be incorporated in later stages of the project including a stadium that will accommodate six basketball courts, an aquatic centre, and a renovation of the existing health club.
Throughout the site we will create valuable public amenity through integrated versatile community and multi-use spaces in order to allow both sporting participants and members of the public to feel welcomed into this dynamic facility.
